Under normal circumstances available stock items will be dispatched within 48hrs, any non- stocked items can normally be sourced within 24hrs (excluding weekends).
If we are unable to fulfill your order we will inform you of this as soon as possible and full refund will be given if payment has already been made for the goods.
Unless otherwise stated the buyer is solely responsible for the cost of delivery, where applicable this will be shown separately on the invoice.
Australia Post is our preferred shipment method however large or bulky items may require a different carrier. If we ever encounter an issue with planned delivery we will contact you.
The buyer will need to inform PCB Independent Land Rover Specialists of any shortages, non-delivery or damage of goods within 3 working days.
